It's hard to believe that it's already been over six months since Zen Float Co's KickStarter Campaign for the Float Tent was funded. As we evolve from a smaller startup into a stable and thriving business, we've decided to add on another team member solely dedicated to assisting our customers and offering technical support. With that said, I'm pleased to announce our newest Customer Service Representative, Mason Butterfield.
Mason is already a wonderful addition to the Zen Float Co team. Now if you call in or email us with questions, Mason will be your right-hand man. Keep in mind he's still learning about all the different odds and ends of the business but his previous experience and inviting personality makes him the perfect person to answer all of your questions.
A little bit about Mason: He grew up in Sandy, Utah, and is happily married to his wife, Alex. In his free time he enjoys reading books, watching films, hiking and playing golf. What most people probably don't know about him is that he loves to cook, though we have yet to taste test anything that he has made.
Mason's biggest pet peeve is being late and having people wait on him. It's true! He came at least 10 minutes early to his interview; truly a punctual guy. When asked what makes him happiest his response was, "Seeing my family and traveling."
Overall, we very much see Mason contributing to not only our customer service department but also the success of this company. Everyone give Mason a warm welcome to the team!
