Why 30 days? It's simple! The benefits of floating are cumulative. Therefore, the more you float, the better you'll feel and the better each session gets.
If you have your own tank at home—the goal is to try and float every day.
If you don't have your own tank at home —do your best to float at a center at least once or twice a week. (Don't forget to ask your local spa about current specials and promotions, too!)
